| 427 ci
Short but Sweet One of the
shortest lived engines in the mustang history. Available only in 1968
it is know as a "W" code. These are engines of myth, I read articles
on both sides but it is easy to find comments on the internet that say
that Ford never put a 427 in a Mustang at the factory. Frankly,
I've never seen one but stranger things have happened. So, in case
there are some, here is some parts for them. Of course there is
the documented Shelby "Super Snake" that had a 427 in it but I've
never seen that one either. If you have seen one or know of some
documented proof that they do or don't exsist please put a post in our
"tech talk" I'd like to here it.
